SOGEMASA INGENIERIA, a subsidiary company of both SOGECLAIR and MASA groups, started in September 2001 as a joint-venture. It was set up and registered later, in June 2002,

Our company has two work centres ( Madrid and Toledo ). The Head office is located in Toledo . SOGEMASA INGENIERIA permits funding the SOGECLAIR Group development in Spain , and is considered as the reference engineering company for the MASA Group.

The activity of SOGEMASA mainly consists in designing and calculating aeronautical structures and system integration.

The company's development was based on the KNOW HOW transfer process from SOGECLAIR , a very important Engineering group established in France and Germany , which have more than 25 years experience in aeronautical structures design and risk-sharing work packages management, as well as Civil-Military aviation, automotive, railway and industrial projects.
